PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. decided to commission an audit, from which the company received the following references:
“Acting on behalf of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, I hereby certify that the company JABŁOŃSKI & ASSOCIATES sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała, correctly and on time, as well as with due diligence, performed the contract No. 60/016/0001/23/Z/O, of May 17, 2023, for the provision by the Contractor of Due Diligence services, current Company valuation, support for the planned investment along with an assessment of the marketability of the Torprojekt sp. z o.o. transaction with its registered office in Warsaw. Pursuant to the contract concluded with the Ordering Party, the Contractor provided them with services in the form of: conducting Due Diligence research, including business, financial, legal, tax and technological research of Torprojekt sp. z o.o., preparation of a Business Plan for Torprojekt sp. z o.o., and a current Valuation of this company, conducting Private Investor Tests and Market Analysis. I confirm that JABŁOŃSKI & ASSOCIATES sp. z o.o. fulfilled its obligations specified in the contract, and the services listed above were performed reliably and in accordance with high standards of professionalism. The above allows us to recommend JABŁOŃSKI & ASSOCIATES sp. z o.o. as a recommendable Contractor and Business Partner”.
In 2023, we entered into cooperation with the Polish Chamber of Physiotherapists (Krajowa Izba Fizjoterapeutów), from which we received a recommendation from the President of the Polish Chamber of Physiotherapists with the following content:
“Acting on behalf of the Polish Chamber of Physiotherapists with its headquarters in Warsaw, as an authorized member of the board, I certify that Jabłoński & Associates Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała, based on the agreement dated December 12, 2022, conducted a financial and legal audit in connection with the commencement of the II term of the Polish Chamber of Physiotherapists. They provided a report on the aforementioned audit as well as an analysis of the budget of the the Polish Chamber of Physiotherapists for the year 2023.
The audits conducted so far have been carried out in accordance with high standards of professionalism and the team of Jabłoński & Associates has demonstrated high professional qualifications.
